Power Plate, recently announced the launch of its new Prepare-Recover software, available for all 7 series models. The new software provides prescriptive direction on simple pre- and post-workout routines designed to improve the overall efficacy of the users’ workout.
Prepare-Recover software was developed for member-based commercial fitness facilities offering cardio, strength, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and group exercise options, while being the perfect solution for at-home users to bookend their workouts. The software is easily integrated into each of these different workout programs to increase their efficiency and effectiveness. A simple five-minute warm up and cool down using Power Plate will help users improve the quality of their workout and achieve their performance goals quicker, while reducing post-workout soreness and risk of injury.
“We are committed to offering our users the best possible experience on Power Plate and the Prepare-Recover software will provide prescriptive direction on exactly what they’ll need to do pre- and post-workout,” said Steve Powell, Director of Education and Training for Power Plate. “With its intuitive operation, this new software will be an invaluable asset to users as it helps them achieve their fitness and performance goals quicker and more efficient than ever.”
Prepare-Recover software will be available in every new 7 series model going forward, including the pro7 and my7 units. The software is available for download from the Power Plate website. While the Prepare-Recover software is new, the my7 and pro7 models still have the original 250+ customized programs and 1,000+ exercise videos to deliver outstanding variety.
