Our 4-year workout plan correlates the maximum athletic career of a high school or post-secondary school athletic career. I have conducted my own research during my own 48-year workout streak that included coaching over 20,000 athletes, college students, and law enforcement co-workers when I was a police officer between 1975-1990.
